Engagement Networks provides a platform that allows our business customers to store, manipulate, analyze and transfer messages between their business systems and their customers on a variety of Engagement Networks-provided and third-party messaging channels (the “Service”). In the course of providing the Service, we may receive, access, analyze, process and maintain personal information on behalf of our customers for the purposes of providing the Service. Our customers determine the types of personal information that will be collected and used within the Service, and this data may be deleted by our customers from our systems at any time. We require our customers to ensure that they have obtained all authority to provide personal information to us in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
As part of the Service, we may also analyze data on behalf of our customers and provide insights and statistics on an aggregated basis to help our customers measure performance, better understand their customers and improve their product and service offerings.

Request a Demo or download an asset. When you request a demo or asset download, we may collect your first and last name, job title, contact details including business email address and information about your company. We use this information to contact you and otherwise facilitate the service you requested for.
Submit a Job Application. If you apply for a job at Engagement Networks, you may provide us with certain personal information about yourself, such as information contained in a resume, cover letter, or similar employment-related materials. We use this information for the purpose of processing and responding to your application for current and future career opportunities.
Contact Us.
